$750 towards $1,000

So I’m about to do two different things I struggle with more than anything in this world. Running a half marathon and fundraising...

It honestly wasn’t until I met my wife, Rachael, that the veil was lifted from eyes obscuring the truth on how pervasive the issue of human trafficking is, not just in third world countries, but here in the United States. In some cases, just minutes from the places I have lived over the last few years. There are so many people hurting and enslaved, and so many people completely unaware of domestic human trafficking today. That is why I love that people like my wife and different organizations have devoted themselves to providing freedom and healing to the children, women and men that are victims of human trafficking and help people like me understand that action has to be taken and how to do it!

That’s why I’m asking you to consider helping me in my goal of raising $1,000 to help raise support for organizations like Freedom 4/24 and their international partners working on the frontlines with victims and survivors of human trafficking in India, Uganda, and Thailand. The funds you help give will also support Street Ransom, a non-profit providing direct services to trafficking and sexual exploitation victims in Roanoke. If it’s $100, $10, or even $1, it all makes a difference. I’m bringing freedom to so many from the problem of sexual exploitation that affects so many individuals. Maybe it’s joining me as a charity partner and helping raise funds and running the half marathon as a team. Join me as I run for freedom in Blacksburg, Virginia and give a voice to the voiceless.
