Join me as I take my advocacy a step further by running and fundraising on behalf of Freedom 4/24 in the Flying Pig Marathon on May 5, as well as a 5k and 10k on May 4.
Throughout the training process my goal is to raise $1,000 for victims and survivors of human trafficking. In addition to fundraising, as I train I will write the names of trafficking survivors on my arms, as motivation and a reminder of who I'm running for. The funds I raise will go towards Freedom 4/24 and their international partners working on the frontlines with victims and survivors of human trafficking in India, Uganda, and Thailand. Join me as I run for freedom and give a voice to the voiceless. Trafficking is so much more prevalent than many people realize. It is happening all around us, in our hometowns and without many being aware or realizing it. The statistics astounded me and shook me to my core. Freedom 4/24 is helping bring this issue to light and helping to assist survivors and raise awareness so that someday we can end human trafficking. I will be running the 5k, 10k, and Marathon during the Flying Pig Marathon weekend with the names of survivors on my arms. Please join me.
