2019 CrossFit Open

Freedom 4/24 is partnering with CrossFit Lynchburg for the 2020 CrossFit Open. When you register for this event through our website the cost covers your getting participation in 1 challenging and fun CrossFit workout every Friday for 5 weeks (October 11, 2019 - November 8th,2019), getting a unique team shirt and being on a team with others.

The specific Workouts will be announced on Thursday evenings, then every Friday night around 5/6pm (exact times TBD) for the 5 weeks you’ll participate in the workout at the CrossFit Lynchburg gym.

Signing up for this event gives you the opportunity to not only try CrossFit once a week for 5 weeks (not mandatory but recommended), but will help you to get stronger, build community, and raise funding and awareness for the work of Freedom 4/24.

Freedom 4/24 is a non-profit whose mission is to bring freedom and justice to victims and survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking through providing awareness and education and expanding the work of our partners both here in the United States and across the world. Using your CrossFit Open experience, you’ll raise funds as a team and learn more about what human trafficking is and how YOU can be a part of seeing it eradicated.

CrossFit Lynchburg believes that, “CrossFit is for everyone; it’s scalable and adaptable to the individual’s skill and ability level.” This event is perfect for you whether you’re a long time CrossFit fanatic or someone who’s been curiously watching from the sidelines.
